How to play FC 2026 with a phone as the gamepad

People keep asking which games QR Controller supports, and the real answer is: anything that takes a controller. The PC sees a regular gamepad, so FC 2026 works too. Here's the setup.

Here is what using it looks like

1. Install QR Controller from Steam and open it on the PC that runs FC 2026.
2. Set Controller Type to the FC 2026 layout. If you want to play with a friend, add a second controller slot.
3. Scan the QR code with your phone camera. The controller opens in the browser and FC treats it like any gamepad.
4. The layout has two variants, and you can flip between them right on the phone until one clicks.

Every button is labeled

Everything is labeled directly: Shoot, Pass, Through, Lob Cross, Finesse, Player Run, Dash for sprinting, and a Shield / Jockey / Flair button that changes with context. No need to memorize which face button does what, its all written on the buttons!

It's a dense layout, and it's great for couch matches. If you want to tweak it, open thelayout editor.
